Sawan United Trading LLC is a real estate company that develops residential and commercial projects in Saudi Arabia. It manages the design, construction, and commissioning phases from beginning to end. Then the operations and maintenance take over to make sure the highest quality of service and upkeep are met.
Sawan develops small to medium scale residential or commercial projects. Starting at the conceptual phase, project requirements are carefully chosen before the chosen architect starts detailed design, followed by obtaining necessary permits.
Sawan manages the construction stage of the project. Contractor shortlisting and material sourcing are carefully handled. Quality control is ensured at each phase of construction.
A complete commissioning plan is put in place before construction is complete. Sawan handles
the relationship with new and existing tenants, manages the property ensuring rules and guidelines are met, and the operations and maintenance team handles all the inner workings of the facility.
